LOGISTICS AND DRIVE IN SCHEDULE

Move-In for New Students to Aquinas (First-Year and Transfer Students for Fall 2024)

**An email was sent out to all new students regarding move-in instructions. 你可能 find this email on your 住房 Portal under the "Messages" Menu option.**

Move in will take place on August 15 for New Students. 所有 students will check-in at the Check-In Station first and then be directed to their residence hall. 如果你 are unable to arrive during the scheduled move-in time, 请填写 Special Arrival Request Form to request special move-in arrangements.

Move-in for new students participating in STAR on August 14 will occur on August 13 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

所有 students will check-in at Regina 大厅 first and then be directed to their residence hall (if not Regina). 如果你 are unable to arrive during the scheduled move-in time, 请填写 Special Arrival Request Form to request special move-in arrangements.

Move-In for New Students Participating in the AQ Bridge Community Program

Move-in for new students participating in the Aquinas Bridge Community Program will occur on August 4 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Keys will be available at the Campus Safety 办公室. Bridge students will be moving into their Fall 2024 housing assignment and will not need to relocate at the end of the program. Students are welcome to remain on-campus in between the conclusion of summer Bridge activities and the start of New 学生辅导. 如果你 are unable to arrive during the scheduled move-in time, 请填写 Special Arrival Request Form to request special move-in arrangements.

Move-In for Students Participating in the STEM Program

STEM Program participants will move into their Fall 2024 housing assignment on Monday, August 12 between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Check-in will be at the front desk of Regina 大厅. Students will collect their keys and information packet at check-in. 志愿者 will be available to help move items into the residence halls beginning at 10:00 AM but not before then, so please plan to arrive at 10:00 AM at the earliest.

Move-In for 返回的学生

Move-in for returning students will occur on August 16 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. 所有 students will check-in at the 图书馆 before heading to their residence hall. 返回 students who are not able to move in on August 16 should 完成 Special Arrival Request Form to request special move-in arrangements. Aquinas welcomes all returning students to join our community for Welcome Week. More details about Welcome Week are coming 很快!

学生运动员

Fall athletes will receive move-in date & time information from their coach.

  • Women's Volleyball and Women's Soccer will move-in on August 4 between the hours of 下午1点和4点.
  • Men's Soccer will move-in on August 9 between the hours of 下午1点和4点.

  • Keys will be available at the Campus Safety 办公室. Students will be directed to their building after check-in.

Students that need to request a different time should 完成 Special Arrival Request Form to request special move-in arrangements.

New Global Student move-in will take place on August 12. Students will participate in Global 学生辅导 to begin on August 13. Keys will be available for pickup at our Campus Safety 办公室. Students that need to request a different time should 完成 Special Arrival Request Form to request special move-in arrangements.

返回的学生 in Leadership or Involvement Roles

返回 students who serve in leadership or involvement roles at the College (OLs, DAs, Front Desk 工作人员, etc.) that could potentially necessitate a special move-in should consult with the department that sponsors the opportunity.

  • Resident Assistant 工作人员: August 2 (Check-in at Campus Safety)
  • Bridge 工作人员: August 4
  • Diversity Assistants: Coming Soon
  • Front Desk 工作人员: August 9-12 (Check-in at Campus Safety)

It is important that families aim to arrive as close to their scheduled time as possible. This helps us stagger move-in and encourage a smooth process.
